A well drafted lease for a residential or commercial property by a lawyer will protect you from problems in the future. It is beneficial to have a lawyer review or draft a lease as opposed to using a standard form lease downloaded from the internet, which may not address specific issues and concerns of the parties in that transaction. STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE TO DO A residential or commercial lease

  1. Please send a message via SMS / Whatsapp to 81020328 to inform us that you would like to do a residential or commercial lease and include (a) your name; and (b) your preferred date AND time (e.g. Residential Tenancy, John Tan, 24 July 1.15 p.m.). You will receive a confirmation reply.

    Opening hours: Monday’s to Saturday’s 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

  2. Come to our office at 5001 Beach Road #06-60 Golden Mile Complex Singapore 199588 (Lavender or Nicholl Highway MRT) and tell our lawyer what you want in the residential or commercial lease.

  3. The residential or commercial lease will be ready in 30 - 60 minutes depending on how complex you want it to be. We will Whatsapp you when it is ready.

  4. Check the residential or commercial lease and if it is correct, landlord and tenant sign the residential or commercial lease. After you sign, our lawyer will sign as witness and stamp his “Advocate & Solicitor” stamp.

  5. Pay $300 only in cash.

  6. (Alternatively) - if its too much trouble for the landlord and tenant to come down to our office to sign, please make payment online and we will send you the residential or commercial lease in MS Word or PDF which you can sign at another location.
